The Nissan Sileighty (often “Sil80”) is an S13-chassis mashup: a 180SX fastback/hatchback body with the front end from an S13 Silvia (fixed headlights, Silvia hood/fenders/bumper).
Why it exists
It started as a very practical street/track/drift fix in Japan:

People would damage the 180SX nose (and pop-up headlight parts were pricier).

The Silvia front end was cheaper/lighter and also deletes the pop-up hardware.
That DIY trend caught on and the “Sileighty” name stuck.
The “official” Sileighty (1998 Kid’s Heart cars)
Most Sileighties are enthusiast-built swaps, but there was also a limited run in 1998 where tuning shop Kid’s Heart produced a batch that were sold through Nissan dealerships, commonly cited as about 500 units.
Why enthusiasts love it

It looks like a factory “Silvia hatchback” Nissan never sold.
