The A70 Supra (a.k.a. Mk3 Supra) is the third-generation Supra, built roughly 1986–1992 (some sources group it as 1986–93 depending on market/model-year naming). It’s the generation where the Supra became a stand-alone model (separate from the Celica) and leaned hard into being a high-tech, RWD grand tourer.

• Bigger, more grown-up GT than the earlier A60: stable at speed, comfortable, very “late-’80s Japanese tech showcase.”
